1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the NKBio website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

NKBio provides scientific editing, formatting, statistical analysis, research guidance, literature review support, publication support, and scientific content development. Our services are explicitly not ghostwriting services. We support researchers in improving their own work.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You confirm that any work submitted to us is your original work or properly cited
• You agree not to submit plagiarized, fabricated, or falsified content
• You acknowledge that final responsibility for submitted work rests with you
• You will comply with your institution's academic integrity policies
• You will properly acknowledge any support received from NKBio

4. Payment Terms

• Quotes are provided before work begins and are valid for 15 days
• Payment may be required partially upfront or upon completion as agreed
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Taxes (GST) will be applied as per Indian tax laws
• Late payments may incur interest charges

5. Delivery & Revisions

• Delivery timelines are agreed upon before project commencement
• Revisions are included as per the agreed scope
• Additional revisions beyond agreed scope may incur extra charges
• We are not responsible for delays caused by client unresponsiveness

6. Intellectual Property

• Client retains full ownership of all original work and data
• We claim no authorship or ownership of client research
• Our edits, suggestions, and analyses become part of your work
• We retain no rights to use your work for our purposes

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client documents and information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Exceptions only for legal requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

NKBio provides services "as is" and does not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., journal acceptance, grade improvement). Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for consequential damages.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Revision Policy. Generally, refunds may be issued if no work has been completed, or if we fail to deliver as agreed. Completed work is not eligible for full refunds.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Fees for completed work are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
